Ayurveda for Mental Health

Ayurveda plays a role in the treatment of psychological issues. Psychological well-being, according to Ayurveda, is a state of balance between the tridoshas, sapta dhatus, and receptor and brain homeostasis. Grahachikitsa is one of Ayurveda's eight branches, and it deals with brain science and psychiatry to aid in the prevention and treatment of psychological problems.
